Shipping
What are your shipping options and rates?We ship every package for free (not including HI and AK)! Package generally arrive in 7-10 business days once they ship. For faster delivery options are available at checkout for additonal fees (Next Day, 2-Day)
- Where do I track my order?
When an order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the order email. If you have an account, you can pull up your order by logging into your account and the shipping information will be displayed there.
- What happens if my shipment is lost or damaged?
We insure every package for delivery. If a package is damaged or lost during shipment, contact support via chat or email (sales@welchallynwarehouse.com).
- Do you offer international shipping?
We do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship within the United States.

How do I create an account?At the top of the webpage, click "Sign In & Register", then click "Create Account". Alternatively you can create an account while checking out.
- How can I reset my password?
At the top of the webpage, click "Sign In & Register", then click "Forgot your password?". Follow the onscreen directions to set a new password.
- Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes! Guest checkout does require an email for order notifications, but does not require an account to be created.
